General Sales Conditions

    These conditions are applicable to every offer, price offer and agreement between Triskal Charms and the Buyer.
    All of our prices are indicated in Euros, including 21% of VAT and excluding delivery charges, unless otherwise indicated. Triskal Charms preserves the right to adjust or rectify the prices at all times.  Offers are valid as long as the stock lasts or until the period of action determined before expires.    Upon purchasing the general delivery conditions of Triskal Charms are automatically accepted.
    With the exception of special conditions that are being determined in a written agreement, the payment terms for Triskal Charms are as follows :
    – payment for orders with transfer
    – payment for orders with PayPal
    – payment upon collection
    Triskal Charms is not responsible for possible supplementary bank charges or such.
    The articles remain property of Triskal Charms until they are completely paid for, including delivery charges and VAT.
    The delivery charges are the actual delivery charges, unless otherwise indicated. All of our articles are sent by registered mail or by courier.
    The delivery charges depend on the weight, size and the official posting tariff.  The delivery charges are for the account of the Buyer.
    If the article is in stock it will be sent within 2 working days upon receipt of payment on our account.
    The delivery address is the one you register when ordering. Should you wish a different delivery address and/or a later delivery date, then it needs to be explicitly mentioned with the order. In case the purchased articles need to be sent back for this reason, the delivery charges are always for the account of the Buyer.
    Upon request an invoice can be made. You also need to specify this clearly when ordering.
    Should there be a delay in delivery, for whatever reason, Triskal Charms will notify you immediately.
    After receipt of the articles the Buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement during 14 calendar days and to return the articles within that period. The dissolution of the agreement and returns need to be notified within 7 days in written form or by email mentioning the order number.
    The delivery charges of the returns are for the account of the Buyer.
    The articles should be sent for return in their original packaging. The original invoice, when made out, should be attached.
    The customer looses the right for return of payment when :
    – the dissolution and returns have not been notified in written form or by email;
    – it concerns articles with a discount or in promotion;
    – it concerns earrings : these cannot be returned for hygienic reasons;
    – it concerns articles designed according to specific orders of the Buyer;
    – the articles have been damaged or have not been properly packed;
    If none of the above is the case, the Buyer receives a refund on his or her account within 14 days after receipt of the return.
    Triskal Charms is not bound to the fulfilment of any obligation towards the Buyer when hindered by a force majeure. In case of  Force Majeure means all kinds of exterior causes, foreseen or not foreseen, to which Triskal Charms cannot have an influence, but that prohibit Triskal Charms to fulfil its obligations.
    Only the Spanish law is applicable. For any judicial disputes only the territorial jurisdiction of Elche (Alicante) is qualified.
